Ryanair extends agreement with ancillary revenue partner

Ryanair has renewed its agreement with Navitaire to use the firm's advanced ancillary and reservations solution for merchandizing, distribution, digital and departure control platforms until 2025.

The new contract will mean 25 years of collaboration between Ryanair and Navitaire.

Over the last 17 years, Ryanair has used Navitaire's scalable, proven solutions to support its growth and drive strong ancillary revenue results.

Ryanair continues to unveil products and passenger service enhancements through its "Always Getting Better" (AGB) program. Navitaire reservations and ancillary revenue platforms enable Ryanair to tap an extensive, diverse suite of APIs providing customizable building blocks to create programs and services to better serve and attract customers.

"Our partnership with Navitaire has helped us achieve consistent double-digit growth and higher profitability, enabling more customers to travel than ever before,” said John Hurley, Ryanair Chief Technical Officer. “Navitaire understands what's important for our success, and offers the solutions we need to let us easily create ever-improving digital tools, ancillary services, powerful personalization capabilities and customer service enhancements to fulfill our upcoming growth plans."
